Guarantee Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases from Maximum Wage LLC, including career services, coaching, courses, digital products, memberships, and software.

Refunds for Delivered Products and Services

Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in the written terms of your purchase, we do not offer refunds for services already performed, products already delivered, or course and software access already provided.

Choosing not to use delivered materials, complete a course, or participate in services already provided does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.

For purchases that include work not yet performed or products not yet delivered, cancellation and any refund entitlement will be determined by the terms accepted at purchase and applicable law. This policy does not permit us to retain payment where a refund is legally required.

Our Resume Customization Guarantee

The Resume Customization Guarantee above remains available to eligible customers on its stated terms. It provides the free résumé alteration and job-search coaching call described in that guarantee; it does not promise a cash refund.

This refund policy does not shorten the guarantee’s 90-day period or add new eligibility requirements.

Revisions to Written Services

For completed written services, including customized résumés, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile content, you have seven days after delivery to request changes, edits, or corrections within the scope of your purchase. Email your request to team@maximum-wage.com.

Requests for a new service or work outside the original scope may require a separate purchase. The seven-day revision period does not limit the Resume Customization Guarantee or any remedy required by applicable law.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be charged the full booked rate, as disclosed when booking and to the extent permitted by law.

If Maximum Wage cancels a paid appointment, we will arrange a replacement appointment or another appropriate remedy consistent with your purchase and applicable law.

Subscriptions, Memberships, and Trials

If you purchase a recurring subscription or membership, or enroll in a trial that converts to a paid subscription, the renewal and cancellation terms disclosed at enrollment apply.

To cancel, use the cancellation method provided at enrollment or email team@maximum-wage.com. Cancellation stops future renewals according to your accepted purchase terms and applicable law. We process cancellation requests based on when they are received.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for services or access already provided. Any right to a partial refund or continued access follows your purchase terms and applicable law.

Deposits and Payment Plans

Any deposit, installment, or success-fee obligation must be disclosed and accepted as part of your purchase. This policy does not create additional fees or make every deposit automatically nonrefundable.

Canceling a subscription or discontinuing participation does not automatically cancel valid amounts already owed under a payment plan. Any remaining obligation is subject to your agreement, the products or services supplied, and applicable cancellation and refund rights.

Billing Questions and Refund Requests

For a billing concern, access problem, or refund request, email team@maximum-wage.com with your name, the email used for your purchase, your order number if available, and a description of the issue.

We will review the request and explain the applicable resolution. Any legally required refund will be processed within the required timeframe and will not be replaced with store credit without your agreement.

Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising a legally protected billing-dispute or chargeback right. This policy does not extend or shorten any deadline for contacting your bank or payment provider.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, correction, or other remedy that applicable law requires, including remedies for non-delivery, defective digital content, or a material failure to provide what was purchased.

Where beginning a service or supplying digital content during a statutory withdrawal period requires your separate request, consent, or acknowledgment, acceptance of this policy alone does not replace that requirement.
